Please be kindly notified about an upcoming scheduled maintenance event for our public cloud environment. Our team is dedicated to maintaining the highest level of service quality and performance.
Scheduled Maintenance Window: - Date: Tuesday, 10th of December - Start Time: 7:00 AM EST - End Time: 9:00 AM EST
Maintenance Details: In our continual efforts to provide you with the highest level of service, our facility will be proceeding with a Emergency Electrical maintenance at our data centre. The power utility company will transfer load from the current line in the building to the other one available. This transfer should only take a few minutes, but during that time we'll be on generator preemptively.
As a precaution, we will have electrical and generator contractors on-site, along with additional staff to supervise and assist.
Risk and Potential Impact: - Risk Level: Low - Potential Impact: No service impact is expected. Our team will be standing by and is taking extra precautions to make sure that this work is completed in a safe and timely fashion.
